Zegna – Couture Silicone Case Project

The project involved the development of a customized smartphone cover for Ermenegildo Zegna, conceived as a premium lifestyle accessory within the Couture line. The objective was to translate the brand's high-tailoring aesthetic codes onto a daily technological tool, ensuring a balance between technical protection and material refinement.

The product is a case made of high-density silicone with a matte soft-touch finish, selected to provide a secure grip and superior impact resistance. The design features the graphic customization of the "XXX" series, a distinctive symbol of the Couture line, applied to the back surface using a precision printing technique in a contrasting color. The internal structure is engineered for a millimeter-perfect fit to the device's profile, ensuring free access to ports and functional buttons without increasing bulk.

L10brand’s scope of work included the industrial design of the case, the selection of polymer materials, and the development of the aesthetic finishes. The activity also encompassed the supervision of production processes and quality control to ensure perfect color matching with the brand's institutional Pantones and the long-term durability of the print.
