Minimotor – Corporate Cotton Cap

The project involved the development of a customized cap for Minimotor, a company specializing in the production of electric motors and mechatronic solutions. The item was conceived as part of the corporate apparel and institutional merchandising, intended for use by technical staff during industry events, trade fairs, and external operational activities.

The product is a six-panel cap made of durable black cotton. Customization includes the company logo embroidered on the front in high definition, with the addition of technical details on the side and back profiles, such as the web address and a tricolor insert on the adjustable closure. The structure is engineered with embroidered ventilation holes and a pre-curved visor with a contrasting edge to ensure comfort and durability in dynamic work environments.

L10brand’s scope of work included the graphic design applied to the textile support, the selection of materials, and the definition of embroidery techniques. The activity extended to production management and quality control to ensure color consistency with the brand's visual identity and the resistance of components subject to wear.
