DHL – Construction Set Advent Calendar

The project involved the development of a customized construction set for DHL, designed for corporate gifting and seasonal promotional campaigns. The item was structured as an advent calendar, segmenting the assembly experience over a defined timeframe to reinforce brand interaction.

The product consists of 24 modules contained in individual numbered boxes, each housing a portion of the necessary components. Upon completion of the opening cycle, the integration of all elements allows for the full assembly of a cargo aircraft model featuring the official DHL livery. The engineering followed modularity criteria to ensure component compatibility and the coherence of the final structure.

L10brand’s scope of work included the design of the construction set, the engineering of the individual modules, and the design of the coordinated packaging. The activity also involved managing production logistics and quality control of the plastic materials, ensuring the precision of the interlocking parts and compliance with safety standards for leisure products.
